No. As previously discussed, we leave the Filipino feel to the Bulan setting that BJ is writing.

Steampunk...is not exactly in synch with post-apocalypse. Any mechanical elements and steampunk-esque technologies will, in general, be leftovers from the Age of Gods, rather than newly crafted mortal tech (except for one or two rare cases).

Ok, ok, so RP-based is out. And steampunk kobolds are in.
This reminds me of WoW goblins, as they are tinkers and techies of their world. |

Kobolds invented gatling gun during godfall wars I'm telling you and now they are developing gatling rail gun that fires bullets that fire radioactive shuriken. That's how techies kobolds are.
