Inquisitorial Log, After Actions Report of Acolyte Ailean Flannagan Lochlan <date>
“The green light means it’s on right?”

“Okay, so the cogboy said it’s my turn to do this so hear goes.”
“After being escorted by the Governess’s handmaidens to the palace’s throne room it was revealed that Lady Vaak was a blasphemous abomination, a mix of human and tyranid, and that Murray fathered the hideous monstrosity that she was carrying. Emperor on Earth, I though orks were ugly but that thing was just…”
“The sight of the thing reduced the assassin into a gibbering pile of meat and the psyker looked like he would try to run back to Earth. After a brief fire fight against the handmaidens, who apparently were combat servitors, Sev was down, Murray was detained by one of the servitors, and I was able to create a way out of the throne room. Trooper Ishmael the proceeded to extricate himself using the newly located route and, after some urging from Ulrezak, Vaak gave chase. The old man jumped through a window and after carefully considering my options, I followed him out while dragging Ryk. According to Murray, after Ulrezak left he was able to
“sweet talk” his way out of his detention and the room. Sev somehow managed to follow the Murray and Trooper Ishmael, how he did this, I do not know and since he is currently assisting with Murray’s operation, I haven’t troubled to find out.” (Emman’s note: Can’t remember how he did it)
“The psyker and Ryk somehow regained their wits when we landed, it was probably because of the fall. We were finally able to contanct Futamari and request quick extraction. According to him, he and Martin Chase were being attacked by genestealer hybrids and was unable to get to us. He directed to rendezvous at the EEN building for extraction. Ryk managed to commandeer a ground car and its driver, that was good because at the time I was being chased by a little girl we met earlier, who as it turned out was a hybrid, and Old Man Jenkins appeared to be seconds away from being lynched by a mob he somehow managed to piss off. As we made our way to the EEN building, the little girl chasing us managed to pick up some friend. As our guns seemed to be doing nothing against the herd of hybrids chasing us, Ryk came up with the idea of using a grenade to cause a massive pile-up of cars and crush those monstrosities. We were successfully able to execute his plan, managing to kill almost all the hybrids chasing us along with Emperor only knows how many civilians (some of them were probably hybrids but I’m still gonna need to take to the Confessor later). The little girl somehow survived the pile-up and continued to chase us until a missile from our ship hit her.”
“After reaching the rendezvous point, we used the elevator to get to the roof for extraction. The assassin went on to the top of the elevator to ensure that nothing surprised us from that direction. After a few minutes we heard screeching and the little girl hybrid burst through the floor, that little bitch was tougher than a frakking nob, the psyker managed to get rid of her. After we reached the roof, me, the assassin, the old man, and our driver boarded our ship”
“According to Trooper Ishmael, soon after he left the throne room, Vaak caught up to him and had he not been able to capitalize on her interest in keeping her baby asleep he would probably have been torn limb from limb. He was eventually able to slip away from her after Murray and the cogboy got her attention. He then tried to rig one of his grenades to detonate when someone tried to get into the room he was in, this resulted in the grenade exploding prematurely and thus blowing trooper Ishmael out of the room and into a freefall towards the bottom of the hill the palace was built on, the Emperor must really, really like him. After some manoeuvring, Murray and the tech-priest managed to get an undeployed blast door between them and Vaak. Murray somehow managed to convince Vaak to hand him their child, which he then used as a hostage. This was when Sev dropped the blast door. The two of them made their way out of the castle. After Trooper Ishmael landed he then tried to commandeer a vehicle after receiving instructions from Futamari. The driver then proceeded to ram him. The driver, as it turned out was a hybrid and that it was ordered by the genestealer patriarch to bring him in. It was then that he was found by Sev and Murray who promptly took down the hybrid after a few failed attempts to revive Trooper Ishmael, the cogboy communed with the machine spirit of the hybrid’s ground car and told it to go to the EEN building. On the way they managed to revive Trooper Ishmael. They heard a loud crash and when they looked back they saw what appeared to be a gigantic purestrain ‘stealer, this was probably the patriarch. From their accounts, it seemed that their trip to the EEN building was uneventful, not counting the giant xeno chasing them of course. As they went up the tower via elevator, the patriarch was climbing the side of the building. We threw everything we had at the blasted xeno with very little effect. Just as the patriarch seemed to just about reach them, Vaak suddenly arrived demanding her child. According to Murray he tried to throw the ‘stealer at the patriarch but was unable to, this was when Sev grabbed the thing and tossed it at the giant xeno. Vaak leaped from her transport and started fighting he patriarch.”
“We left the left that world with our group more or less intact, we were even heavy two civvies. We reported our findings to Inquisitor Calamaro, shortly after he declared exterminatus on Exepxa. For Murray’s heresies, the Inquisitor showed leniency and merely had his… bits removed, to be earned back on a later date”

Oh, by the way, as of last session we have agreed that writing a summary for the game nets that player's character 50xp. So go ahead and tally them.
Now, on a more serious note: Due to a private agreement between me and Revan that we will not disclose, I'm afraid I would have to pull out from future Dark Heresy games. This does not impact you guys, however, and you should continue to pursue this game we had made in the future.

Hiyo guys.
Now that we're back, when is the rest of the group free for the concluding episode? The mission should pretty much end with the next session, barring sudden strangeness and unplanned madness.
I don't think I'm in any shape really to push my luck much running or playing a lot of games right now, so I think I'll be pulling out of the group after this game. I'm not sure if I can trust myself right now to run or play in a game. I think I've got enough left in me to finish this one and give you guys a good ending at least. I hope.
Maybe I'll be back when Deathwatch comes out.  Till then, I think I'll just try to give one last satisfying game and then you guys take it where you will.

I'm ok this week, though I'm not sure if the rest of the group is. Thing is, by next next week I'll be busy getting things together for grad school, though at least by that time I'll know what my schedule is like. So we could do the scheduling at that time also.
But anyway, if everyone else wants to do the finale this week, I'm game. Otherwise it'll take a bit longer for me, I think.
