I believe it's in perspective to post something I learned from marketing and market research:

The Pareto Principle a.k.a. the 80-20 Rule

This says that , in economics, 20 percent of the population owns 80 percent of the wealth.

It is generally a rule in the business field, but it is applicable almost anywhere. In particular for us, we take the 20 percent as the Magic players from a population of Hobby Gamers in UP Diliman to predominate our target market/potential members. It is better to focus on this 20 percent as they make 80 percent of our organization's scope.
