What: BALASA, the monthly gathering of different CCGs, grafted on to the shin of the OGM.
Where: SM Marikina (near LRT-3 Santolan station)
When: 18 July 2009, 10 am - 9 pm
Scheduled Events:
Magic 2010 Booster Draft
Welcome the newest core set for Magic: the Gathering as well as the newest rules revamp!
Entrance fee: PhP 500* (PhP 450* if you register before 1130 am)
*Each player receives three Magic 2010 boosters and a limited-edition foil card

I'm interested. But there's an LRT 3??? Are you referring to LRT 2 or an actual LRT 3 because last time I checked there's MRT, LRT line 1 and LRT line 2, please clarify. Thanks.

IIRC it was LRT-3, though that info was mostly gleaned from whimsical glances while commuting.
Just ride the one that goes along Recto-Santolan. The junction with the Monumento-Baclaran line is at Doroteo Jose and the junction with the MRT line (Q-Ave line) is at Araneta-Cubao (near Gateway.)

I edited the thread title; from here on, let's keep this as the thread for all incoming BALASA/OGM's at SM Marikina. No need to make a new thread every month.
I'll be back to DnD for the upcoming OGM, after the successful short stint with NWoD. For this month, I'll be DMing a level 2 adventure that will likely take 4 hours; it's called "Khyber's harvest".  Most likely I'll begin play at 2pm, though it depends on player avaiability at the time.

Not for this one. It's just a one-shot, and the games I run are in support of AEGIS. so no fees required.  Of course, you'd have to pay the entrance fee to the event, but that's just a simple 50 bucks.
As for bringing in characters, I'm not too keen on the idea. I already have five pregens ready, and I think they will serve.

The event usually ends at around 9. The security guards literally had to drive us away last time before we left.

I should shorten the games that I run. You can only have so many encounters with three to four hours of gameplay.

nice, nice. I sent an SMS to let him know of the event, but he never replied to me, so I wasn't sure if he was going to pay you guys a visit. glad that he did.

Continue discussion here.
Interest in my Proposed 4E game have mostly been ignored, so I'm most likely shifting to a continuing NWoD game instead. Besides, it's easier to handle characters going in and out of an NWoD "level-less" game.
Maybe someone else will run D&D...
