Looking for other takers. I'm definitely good to go.
This event is initiated by Alen and her college buddies, UP Stat (or Physics, I"m not sure) people. It's a good opportunity, as we'll be a whole bunch.
More the many-er. Plus way cheaper.
One of the options was Boracay, but I've heard it's overrated. As it's overcrowded and getting dirty. Besides, I want to go diving. And where else to go but Palawan?

Sounds interesting... And yes, Boracay these days is shittier than before. Taken from someone who has relatives running resorts there.
Better nightlife these days, but louder, more crowded, and expensive.
Will see past April how crowded things become. Provisional interest.

my plan is to stash away P2.5k/month til june. XD
june 12-14 is an extended holiday. so working people only need to file a leave on june 11.
the thing about nightlife is... i don't think anyone in the group coming is a hard-core nightlifer (not even within the group who initiated this event). so a nice gathering with booze by the beach sounds great as it is.

checked out the fares and scheds on the PAL site and it ranges from only P3,800. heard a lot of horror stories about cebu pacific. please advise.
If I decide to come, I might get a PAL flight but if the itinerary is already definite then kita na lang tayo sa hotel???

Guys, BJ and I have tickets na! XD We got through Cebu Pacific, and transaction by phone. Much easier and faster than online booking. No horror stories from me, as my past experiences with Cebu Pacific went smoothly.

Yeah, me too. But they do give out free flights if there were any inconvenience. Keep us posted on PAL if there's actually just a small difference I would actually be thinking to get one instead.

Sure. Flights.....just as long as we meet up at coron on those dates. preferably at the village lodge inn, methinks.
just follow the instructions. get a round-trip ticket. earliest flight from manila to busuanga on june 11, and latest flight from busuanga to manila on june 14.
