I agree with b_b' opinion. A high intelect does not equal having a difficulty engaging with people of lower intellect. Difficulty in engaging with other people is actually a cause but another factor could be having a low EQ.

That's generalizing a bit too much. I mean I agree; I was like that for the longest time. But I'm of the opinion that relating with other people, regardless of intellectual level or whatever else, is a personal choice. You can choose to be open-minded about it, or you can choose to be an elitist prick. That's entirely up to you, regardless of educational background.

I actually read the whole thing.

It's pretty ironic, methinks. The whole article basically says people with "elite education" fail to connect to ones with average level intellect... and at the same time being so tediously written, Joe Normal wouldn't absorb half of it.

The whole thing could've been said in a few paragraphs and in layman's terms.

Which I'm too lazy to put down the gist of here.
