Wow, it's been awhile.
Anyway, it's WM season again, and that means RAW is a lot more interesting again. Of course, the Rock seems to be the big news, as he's hosting WMVII. The past few weeks have also shown that he and Cena are definitely going to have a feud, which is why I'm really stumped that WWE made Cena #1 contender for the belt. I mean, really, a Rock-Cena matchup is going to be awesome. But having the Miz around, despite me thinking that he's a great heel, kind of blurs the whole thing.
Anyway, RAW Feb 28 was cool. I wish good ol' JR was there for the cage match...

Damn stable wars never really picked up. Would have been nice to see Cryme Tyme/Cena versus the "Priceless" Ted Dibiase and Cody Rhodes and JBL, but Cena got injured.
Which is okay, in the end. Cena's boring as hell. I remember the time when he was heel and interesting.
What's interesting right now is Jeff Hardy's aggressive Main Event Push. He just legitimately defeated Undertaker in an Extreme Rules match. That just isn't done unless the storyline progresses in Jeff's favor.
If he beats HHH for the title at Survivor (he isn't in yet, and it might be a Triple Threat with Vladimir Koslov), then we'll have both Hardy's holding major belts (Matt Hardy is current ECW champion) |

They changed the ECW title's look. Now it's more black, and no red/gold.
At the very least, Mark Henry can now actually put it around his waist
On Smackdown, Undertaker has been "reinstated" by a vengeful Vickie Guerrero over Edge's infidelity, of sorts. Apparently he didn't retire; he was just on break.
On the RAW side, the "civil unrest storyline" with the abscence of a General Manager is actually interesting. They are going back to stable wars, which is cute.
Why do I have this feeling that Stone Cold will be appointed as a special enforcer?

Maybe, because it happened before??? |

haha...At least all the title belts had been put to their respective shelves.
CM Punk = World Heavyweight
Triple H = WWE Champ
Mark Henry = ECW Champ |

PUNK WINS! PUNK WINS! PUNK WINS!
CM Punk just cashed in his Money in the Bank after a vengeful Batista kicked the crap out of Edge on Raw. He is now the new World Heavyweight Champion, bringing back the title to Raw.
With Triple H, holding the (ugh) Spinner Belt that represents the WWE championship, being drafted to Smackdown, all is well. For a moment there (after Night of Champions), I thought SD would have two championships. |

Split from Sports thread.
The latest WWE draft is fun compared to the last one. Trips goes to Smackdown, Batista back on Raw, etc etc...
I think the Mcmahon-Helmsley VS La Familia thing will happen on Smackdown at one point. |

Here comes the wrestling geekiness again...
RAW Elimination Chamber 08 Entrances
Early Game
Mid Game
End Game
Personal Opinions:
*Unlike the Great Khali, Umaga can actually wrestle. It's a unique style and takes some getting used to, but I'm starting to like it.
*I'm a bit sorry Y2J is stuck with a "VS JBL" feud. It prevents him, story-wise, from getting a decent title shot.
*Shawn Michaels, as expected, bled first. Gah.
*Jeff Hardy is overhyped for me.
All in all, I'm glad HHH won. |

Finally. JBL is turning APA again. Are they pursuing this? Or was that just a one-time deal? |

Y2J is back in WWE! Ahh, a welcome relief from the boring streak the franchise has been suffering from lately...
And Booker's shifted to TNA. And he's back to his old character. Another relief. There's just something inherently wrong about him walking around with a crown and trying to emulate an english accent. @.@ |

Is anyone as stunned about this as I am? I mean, the speciics of the death are... creepy.
I think this serves WWE right, though. They shouldn't have come up with that "Mcmahon is dead" storyline. They were playing with karma.
Just my thoughts. Moderators, tell me i this is too serious for our threads.

Wow... this is definitely a shocking development. I'm not much into wrestling, but this is really... |
